Ram for OCing.

Right now I have the choice between 2gb OCZ DDR2-800 Platinum Revision 2 or 2gb Corsair XMS2 DDR2-800. I was just wondering which would be better for OCing. I'm guessing the Corsair, but I am just doube checking. I'm not going to be doing any extreme OCing, I was want to get my CPU to about 3ghz and maybe up my ram a little bit to.Ram for OCing.
Go for the Corsair, the OCZ is craptastic! If you can afford another 20 bucks, go for Crucial Ballistix since they have Micron D9 chips.Ram for OCing.
I dont have a choice for the Crucial ram. The Corsair and OCZ are my only options as they are physically here right now for two computers, one, mine, is giong to be OCed and the other is not. so I was just wondering between the two, which is better for OCing.
OCZ is definitely better, they use Promos ICs.
Those Corsair sticks could be anything, ranging from no-name ICs all the way up to Micron but they most likely are some budget ICs.

Lord is right, with OCZ though you arent going to get D9 but you know that you will get Promos for sure. But with Corsair, theres 4~5 types of chips that been used in their xms rams
