I can oc it fine in windows but I dont want to keep manually changeing the gpu frequency, I looked everywhere in bios and couldent find the gpu overclocker. My mobo is a Abit KN9 Nforce4 Ultra.how can I oc GPU in bios?
i dont think you can overclock the GPU in the bios.... just through a program in windows.how can I oc GPU in bios?
bios usually doesn't let you overclock the video card. use rivatuner. it allows you to simply checkmark a box so as to enable your GPU overclocking settings to boot up every time windows does. google ''rivatuner derek'' for a useful guide.
there's a program called.. NiBiTor or something along those lines that lets you directly edit the graphics card's bios (note - this isn't like entering your motherboard's BIOS and changing the boxes where it asks you to, this is changing the BIOS directly).
I'd recommend using RivaTuner or ATiTool instead. Or NVTray!

I use ATItool, and it lets you save OC profiles, and its only like 3 or 4 clicks to engage them, not really much of a hassle.
