Best AGP with shader model 3.0

Hi guys a buddy of mine needs a new AGP card with atleast shader model 3.0 for under $200 (COD4 radiant needs it) could you guys tell which is the best one.Best AGP with shader model 3.0
x1950Pro if you find one(pretty hard to find on stock)
