I'd just upgrade your RAM to 2gig, it'll give you a bit of a boost, without being too expensive.Elsewise, an upgrade to something like the 8600GT or the 3850 would give you an FPS boost, although I'm not too sure if your CPU would bottleneck or not -- but if it was (and I doubt it would) you'd barely notice the bottleneck.What should be my next upgrade ?

Another gig of RAM for 2 total and a new video card would help out a lot. Then again, a new MOBO, CPU, and RAM combo as you said would make a big difference too.
I agree that the RAM will be the easiest upgrade, after that you will have to buy a new mobo if you want a new processor. But you can also look into buying a new graphics card now, then upgrading the mobo/processor later when you have the cash (even if your processor does bottleneck the new card right now you should still see some improvement).
I'd get a whole new rig. Buying ddr1 sticks seems like a waste, as you wont be able to use them in future upgrades.
