AMD x2 4200 939 cooler help

Hi, I am going to upgrade/replace my cpu fan, as it has always been loud, but recently its louder than a very loud thing. (i've cleaned it (it gets rather dusty! i think thats what may have done it)anyway, the mobo is a Elitegroup Nforce4-A939. will any cooler that says it will fit a 939 fit?Just want to make sure before buying, maybe this one http://www.ebuyer.com/product/101471 Any help will be welcome
