Yeah, due to the GPU/CPU shrink, they need less power which means new systems will require less than what we would expect.

ok now im confused lol, i'm talking about using 2 of ati's new cards the 3870x2 dual gpu card running them in crossfire, each uses 340w so i would need 640 just for the two video cards
A 700-750W PSU would be enough for that system as long is brand
