I am quite happy with O&O but I have ...

I am very happy with O%26O defrag.... I read somewhere that the Windows defrag tool was crap and I donwloaded O%26O Defrag and I have to say I am quite happy... I have a question though...should I use the automatic defrag option or just defrag the computer once in a while??? I don't wanted to use the automatic defrag in case it started to defrag my computer while I am playing games... what should I use?Also, I have in my computer AdAware, Spyboot search and destroy, registry mechanic, CCleaner and windows defender... should i use any other tool to keep my PC in good shape??
