HD3850 256mb on 430W psu?

Some might remeber my previous thread where some suggested the 2900 GT which could run on an Antec Earthwatts 430W psu. Well, I recently found an HD3850 256mb for only $30 more than the 2900 GT and I know that would be worth. But we've already bought the PSU, which is the one stated above. My question is, will it be enough?HD3850 256mb on 430W psu?
